Projects
Our First Priority: Neighborhood Branding
At E38CDP - East 38th Community Development Partners, we are committed to fostering community renewal through faith, leadership, and action. Our mission is to improve the quality of life in neighborhoods along the East 38th Street corridor. The establishment of the Maple Road Arts and Innovation District provides an opportunity for building community cohesiveness and engagement by exploring our individual talents and gifts. When these gifts and talents are combined, they give us a unique identity that will be displayed along the trail.
Priority 2: Restoration
At E38CDP - East 38th Community Development Partners, we are committed to fostering community renewal through faith, leadership, and action. Our mission is to improve the quality of life in neighborhoods along the East 38th Street corridor. There are numerous opportunities to restore economic growth and vitality by filling vacant land and buildings with thriving businesses. These new opportunities will provide increased employment and vitality to the corridor. Addressing the affordable housing crisis by revitalizing and restoring vacant homes and lots will provide safe and secure living for unhoused and under-housed individuals living in our community.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life in neighborhoods along the East 38th Street corridor. Connections to resources and information are essential to the cohesiveness and progress toward unity in our community. While we are many neighborhoods across the corridor, we are one community with one mission: to Love Our Neighbors, by supporting each other.
